How is it possible to go from having no idea how to make YouTube videos to 250,000 subscribers, hundreds of millions of views, and $20,000 in revenue made in under one year?
Well, you’re looking at it. I’m so surprised not many people are talking about it, and it’s YouTube automation.

Why TikTok Isn’t the Answer Anymore
Nowadays, you have all these so-called gurus telling you how to make money on TikTok when that business is long gone.
Clipping famous streamers on TikTok no longer makes you money because TikTok will flag it as unoriginal content, disqualifying it from making any money from the Creator Program.
My dream is to be financially free. I’m going to show you how real that dream is and how your dreams of being financially free are closer than you think with the help of YouTube Shorts.
Because who really wants to deal with the stress of not having enough money?
Not me.
The Opportunity with YouTube Shorts
Now, I’m going to give you a full rundown of how to make money on YouTube Shorts.
It’s not like ASMR, day trading, or cryptocurrency, where you have an insanely low chance of making money and only the top performers succeed.
Plus, it could take years to see progress with those business models.
For people who want to make money online but don’t have enough time, this story is for you. I’ll show you:
- How to make these videos.
- How to succeed.
- The most important part — how to sustain consistent revenue.
Results You Can Achieve
The videos I make take me 20 minutes, and I’ve made up to $1,400 on a single video.

However, you’re not going to make money right away — and that’s fine.
You just need to put 30 days of consistent work in, and you’ll see results. Follow my steps, and right now, I’m pulling in $2,000 to $4,000 a month.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating YouTube Shorts
1. Finding Content:
- Scroll through YouTube to find a trendy skit clip.
- Screen record it.
2. Adding Visual Interest:
- Screen record some ASMR clips.
- Combine them in CapCut.
- Add auto-captions and make them look clean.
3. Using Transparent Images:
- For every keyword you see, look it up followed by “FlatIcon” to get a transparent image.
- Add pictures that pop up every 2 to 3 seconds to keep the viewer engaged.
This creates a video with twice as much engagement because if the viewer doesn’t like the audio, they can watch the ASMR clip instead.
How I Gained 250,000 Subscribers
I went from zero to 250,000 subscribers in under a year. I’m not a genius, and I didn’t have to research this for hundreds of hours
I just started.
I kept uploading videos that were getting 10,000 views repeatedly until I hit my viral video. Eventually, for both my channel and yours, a video will go viral.
What to Do When a Video Goes Viral
Once you have a viral video:
- Capitalize on whatever made it go viral.
- This could be the title, ASMR clip, or audio.
- Replicate it in some way, shape, or form.
Keep doing that until the trend on your channel dies out and views decrease.
What Not to Do: Spam Uploading
The number one thing you do NOT want to do is spam upload. Spam uploading will ruin your channel because YouTube will think you’re a robot.
For example, Alex Hormozi’s first channel failed because he spam-uploaded after going viral. He had to start over and ensure he didn’t repeat that mistake.
Monetizing Your Channel
Once you hit 10 million views in under 90 days, it’s time to monetize. Under the Fair Use law, those emojis and images you add every 2 to 3 seconds qualify your content for monetization.
I’m seeing an average of $0.20 per 1,000 views on my channel. While it doesn’t seem like much, the sheer volume of views adds up quickly.
Scaling Your Revenue
Think about replicating this on other channels to double your profit. The possibilities are endless, and it’s one of the best untouched business models in 2024.
Tips for Sustained Success
- Stick with the trends.
- Look at competitors to see what’s working, and replicate it in your own creative way.
- Find your own trends. Once you have a viral video, every video that follows will spike in views.
You can also take what’s trending on TikTok or Instagram and adapt it to YouTube, as there’s a high chance it will go viral here too.
Final Thoughts and Future Plans
I’ve been working on a secret channel over the last few months that I’m ready to showcase. It’s going to double our revenue in the next few months. Stay tuned!
